Kylie Cosmetics Valentine's Eyeshadow Palette Review

Ok, we’re not going to waste any time here! Everyone knows when Kylie Cosmetics drops a new product, the likeliness of it selling out within minutes is very high. With the Valentine’s Collection being promoted on on Kylie’s instagram several weeks prior, this was no different. This collection was made available for purchase starting at 3PM EST on February 1st. It was such a priority for me that I set my alarm for 2:45 PM EST to make sure there were no mishaps! Luckily there were none and I was able to purchase (frantically with my heart racing) but successfully nonetheless!

About a week later after patiently waiting, I received the palette! Just in time for my birthday dinner which worked out perfectly! Upon opening the box, the most lovely pastel pink package is revealed. Inside the package was the actual palette in the most adorable pink and red glitter box along with a hand written note from Kylie! Talk about great marketing and presentation! It gave me warm fuzzies just opening it!

While this palette is absolutely beautiful to look at… don’t let the pretty pink packaging fool you! The eyeshadow colors themselves are the real superstars! Each color is absolutely beautiful! The matte’s have excellent pigmentation, and the lighter colors provide a nice subtle shimmer. The shadows blend together easily and do not make your eyelids look washed out. The palette has several shades warm pinks, rose, blush, and neutrals. We can honestly say there is not one color on this palette that you cannot easily wear day or night.
